2.1 By accessing pkr77.org, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the pkr77 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pkr77. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension and forfeiture of all associated accounts and balances.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You must update your Account information promptly if any information changes. pkr77 is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
3.5 pkr77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
4.1 pkr77 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and may require additional supporting documents including proof of address and source of funds at pkr77's discretion.
4.2 KYC documents must be submitted via the Account settings section of the Platform. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission during business hours.
4.3 Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed and approved. pkr77 is not liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from delays caused by a Player's failure to submit required documentation promptly.
4.4 pkr77 may request updated KYC documentation at any time. Failure to comply with verification requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
5.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must contact pkr77 support immediately.
5.3 pkr77 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from pkr77 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support.
5.4 pkr77 recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account and accessing the Platform only from secure, private networks.
6.1 pkr77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
6.2 All funds deposited to your pkr77 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
6.3 pkr77 does not accept deposits that originate from, or that are connected to, any unlawful activity. pkr77 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the lawful source of deposited funds.
6.4 Deposited funds are held in your Account balance and are available for betting and gaming activities in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. pkr77 does not pay interest on Account balances.
7.1 Withdrawals from pkr77 are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification as set out in Section 4.
7.2 pkr77 processes withdrawal requests in accordance with the timelines applicable to each payment method, as displayed on the withdrawals page. pkr77 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking systems, or circumstances outside the Platform's control.
7.3 pkr77 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for large withdrawals or where the Platform identifies unusual account activity.
7.4 Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw un-wagered bonus funds will result in forfeiture of those bonus funds prior to withdrawal processing.
7.5 pkr77 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.
8.1 pkr77 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms including minimum deposit, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying odds, eligible games, maximum bonus amount, and validity period. These terms are stated on the promotion page at the time of the offer.
8.2 Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
8.3 pkr77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will have their eligibility assessed on a case-by-case basis.
8.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, match betting, void bet patterns, arbitrage betting designed to exploit bonus terms, and coordinated bonus claims — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
8.5 pkr77 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion or withdraw a bonus from any Account where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Player has not engaged with the Platform in good faith.
9.1 All bets placed on pkr77 are subject to the game-specific and sport-specific rules published on the Platform. In cases of conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific game or market.
9.2 All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where expressly permitted by applicable game rules or by pkr77 at its discretion.
9.3 pkr77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that contains a manifest error in odds, including pricing errors, data feed errors, or technical malfunctions. pkr77 will notify affected Players and return the staked amount.
9.4 For sports betting, pkr77 applies a maximum payout per single event and per accumulator as published on the sportsbook. Winnings exceeding published maximums will be limited to the stated maximum payout.
9.5 pkr77 does not accept bets from Players who have insider knowledge of events, or bets placed with the intent to manipulate the outcome of sporting events. Any such activity will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pkr77 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

11.2 Cooling-off and self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed before expiry. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to register new Accounts during the exclusion period. Such attempts will be treated as a terms violation.

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside the Platform's control.
13.2 pkr77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
13.3 pkr77 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical disruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect access to games and services.
14.1 pkr77 processes personal data in accordance with the pkr77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 pkr77 does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to what is necessary for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
15.1 pkr77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms & Conditions will specify the effective date.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
